How to get help with FirmPOS

No one likes to be down or unable to work. Here's how to get technical support for FirmPOS software.

How to get support?
Visit our Help Center and start a new support ticket.  Please do not call our sales phone number. Our sales staff will not be able to assist you with any technical issues.

What we can do:
We are trained to provide solutions to FirmPOS questions and issues related to our software. We answer tickets in the order they are received. 

Sometimes we can answer a question right in the ticket. Sometimes we might need to give you a quick call. If there is a need to connect to your computer, we use Chrome Remote Desktop for remote access. We can even help you get it setup :-)

What we can not do:
We may not be able to provide technical support for our software if your computer or network is experiencing problems. 

Please understand that even though FirmPOS is running on your computer, we do not "fix" computers, networking or anything that isn't FirmPOS Software. It's very important that we maintain that distinction because we are trained to be experts in one thing... helping you with FirmPOS :-)

We may ask you to work with your computer person to resolve an underlying problem before we can work on the FirmPOS issue. It is up to you to get this resolved. Our support staff will not be able to assist you until this is completed. 

We realize this process can be frustrating but please be patient and understand that we are here to provide you with the best support for FirmPOS software.
